Illustration is the art of communicating concepts and processes visually, employing graphic cues such as arrows, graphs, text, and ideograms. Also there are the type of illustrations that are solely for decorative and artistic purposes.

Most of my illustrative work is made for AMBL at UBC. These accompany articles that explain in simple terms various topics in advanced biotechnology for the purpose of educating younglings.
